Richard Chuck

Richard in his own words:

"I was born in Denaby South Yorkshire in an age when most people had very little but being born in Yorkshire gave me a dusting of true Yorkshire grit embellished with a big dose of creativity. My family moved to the Lincolnshire Wolds with its hidden idylic landscape and gently rolling hills falling into quite atmospheric valleys in the 1970's. I spent many lost days exploring all the places that I shouldnt have! my favourite place of all was finding my self lost in my imagination a place that gave me some comfort, I was a weird looking kid who didn't really fit in so many hours were spent drifting around alone its what I liked to do. 

I have painted in one form or another most of  my life and have experimented in many different mediums, for now I'm quite happy  with my chosen medium of acrylic ink. 

my mind remains a constant buzz of jumbled images of weird creativity , I have no formal training but continue to trust in my given free imagination. The fire in my heart is born out of passion I love what I paint and remain driven by something that I can't explain."
