Sara Otter is an independent artist who originally undertook a Physiotherapy degree, but three months before she was due to graduate, she had some serious and unexpected health problems, which led her to the art world due to her abruptly interrupted plans.
A couple of years after this turn of events, Sara decided to put her inner creative energy into good use and discovered art as a form of stress relief and therapy. After posting a photo of her first painting onto social media and having an overwhelming response, she realised this was something she enjoyed doing and could work with, and decided to continue her work as an independent artist.
She is a self-taught artist who enjoys putting her creative energy onto canvas for others to enjoy as much as she enjoys creating them. Each piece is original and one of a kind, and she believes no true artist ever stops experimenting with new techniques and developing along their journey. Her style is abstract, modern and contemporary, as she loves to capture the energy of the world around her whether that is in sports of on canvas.
She is 31 years old and enjoys activities that are fun and active, such as pole dancing and skydiving, which she has done 88 times!
Sara aspires to continue working on her artwork and letting her creative energy shape her career.
